1. Selection of Conventional Lifting Conditions
In standard lifting scenarios, it is recommended to use 20A I-beam for the EMET800 mini electric hoist with trolley. The web thickness of this specification is moderate (about 7mm), and the flange width (about 100mm) can effectively disperse the dynamic load during the operation of the hoist. Actual testing shows that this model can bear a load of 800kg with a deformation of less than 1/500 at a span of 3 meters, fully meeting the daily material handling needs.

2.Special requirements for clamp installation
When using clip on installation, priority should be given to 22B I-beams. Its widened flange (approximately 110mm) provides a larger clamping contact surface, and its unique rib design can counteract lateral torsion. Please note:
- The clamping part should be at least 300mm away from the end
- Each side of the clamp plate shall have no less than 4 M12 bolts
- The surface of the steel beam needs to be treated with anti slip measures
The selection of I-beam tracks varies depending on the load capacity of mini electric hoist.And it can be used in conjunction with varia crane.

3. Suggestions for material selection optimization
In humid or vibrating environments, it is recommended to use Q355B I-beam material, which has a yield strength that is about 50% higher than ordinary 235 material. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that:
- Add intermediate support when the span exceeds 5 meters
- Regularly inspect the steel beam web for deformation
- Avoid welding temporary suspension points on the beam body
- Corrosion environment requires quarterly application of protective paint
