How To Use Electronic Crane Scale Correctly?

(1) Before using the electronic crane scale, the corresponding battery should be installed into the scale body and wireless meter
When installing or replacing the battery, it is necessary to tighten the locking screw of the battery clamp, check whether the battery clamp is firmly fixed on the scale body, and then close and lock the hanging scale door to prevent accidents. When the instrument displays undervoltage, the battery pack should be replaced immediately and the replaced battery should be charged in a timely manner to prevent battery damage. When the battery pack is not used for a long time, it should be charged at regular intervals. The battery should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and suitable temperature environment, and avoid contact with corrosive substances. When loading and unloading the battery pack connection socket, do not hold the wire clamp cap that clamps the wires with your hands. Instead, grip the base tightly. Also, do not hold the wire clamp cap when connecting the power plug on the other side of the transmitter. Instead, grip the rotatable cap on the head to prevent the power connection from loosening and causing malfunctions. Before connecting the transmitting device to the power supply, the antenna and its feeder must be reliably connected, otherwise the transmitting device will be damaged.

(2) Prevent the electronic crane scale from being subjected to severe pulling and collision
There are many electronic components inside the electronic suspension scale, such as integrated circuits, quartz crystals, sensors, displays, etc. When the electronic crane scale is subjected to severe collisions, these components may be damaged, causing the scale to malfunction, affecting accuracy and normal use. It is necessary to avoid collisions between the scale body and other objects or falling from a high altitude. The instrument should be handled gently and not placed randomly to prevent unnecessary losses. When the instrument is fixed on the crane for use, vibration reduction measures should be taken to avoid affecting reliability.

(3) Do not disassemble the components in the electronic hanging scale at will
When using the electronic crane scale normally, do not disassemble the components on the scale at will, do not open the sealing port on the sensor, and do not disassemble the integrated circuit and other components on the instrument. Necessary repairs must be carried out under the guidance of relevant technical personnel or with certain maintenance knowledge to prevent the fault from expanding.
