Each Fall Arrester manufactured by EMET has undergone strict visual inspection, impact force testing, and other dynamic and static performance tests, providing reliable safety assurance for every high-altitude worker. The test load in the video consists of two steel plates weighing 100KG, with a total test weight of approximately 210KG.It Complies with CE EN360 standard and the corresponding anti fall components are manufactured according to EN362 standard.
This series of fall arresters has the following characteristics:
- The fall arrester block is built inside an automatic locking device to prevent the safety rope from being pulled too fast during the falling process.
- At the top of the anti fall block, there is an O-ring buckle or a safety rope hook connected to the suspension point.
- The top suspension point of the anti fall device or the end connector of the safety rope has a rotatable device.
- The fall arrester is equipped with a safety rope retraction device to ensure the independent and automatic retraction of the safety rope.
- For non directional operations, there is an internal contraction device built into the shock absorber.
The biggest feature of this GJ Series is the built-in shock absorption mechanism. When a fall occurs, the shock absorption mechanism can quickly activate and absorb the impact force generated by the fall through the internal coil spring (shock absorber), thereby reducing the harm to the falling personnel. In recent years, this type of high protection fall arrester has been welcomed and favored by high-altitude workers both domestically and internationally.
