The fully electric mobile hydraulic crane is a lightweight lifting device primarily used for material handling in scenarios such as warehouses and construction. Its core functionality lies in electrically driving the hydraulic system to achieve vertical lifting and horizontal movement of heavy objects, replacing traditional manual or simple mechanical handling and enhancing operational efficiency and safety. The device, with mainstream specifications of 1-ton and 2-ton load capacities, is characterized by its compact size and flexible mobility, making it suitable for scenarios where space is limited or frequent relocation of work points is required.

Technical principle and core components
The 360-degree rotating fully electric crane with 2T max lifting load adopts a hybrid electric-hydraulic drive mode: the lifting motor (3000KW) and the traveling motor (1500w) convert electric energy into mechanical energy, driving the hydraulic pump to generate high-pressure oil. The flow direction of the oil is regulated by a control valve, and the hydraulic cylinder extends and retracts to achieve boom lifting and lowering. The battery pack (48V/72A) provides independent power supply, avoiding the limitations of external power supply; the hydraulic power unit is responsible for energy conversion, ensuring stable operation of the system.
Usage and Operating Guidelines
Before operation, it is necessary to check the battery level, hydraulic oil level, and the status of the fixing device. After startup, adjust the height of the lifting arm (the maximum lifting height depends on the specific model) and the moving speed through the control panel. During the lifting process, maintain the balance of the heavy object to avoid the risk of rollover. The equipment is designed to carry a load of 1 ton, and overloading may lead to structural deformation or hydraulic system failure. Applicable scenarios include warehouse cargo loading and unloading, construction site material lifting, etc., but it is necessary to avoid humid and corrosive environments to prevent damage to electrical components.
