Mobile Loading Platform

This EMET-DY Series Mobile Loading Platform is specifically designed for loading and unloading goods onto trucks or shelves. The platform's size is large enough for forklifts and other handling tools to enter and exit independently, with excellent mobility and load-bearing capacity.Equipped with an adjustable height hydraulic system, this machine can easily adapt to different heights of freight trucks. It effectively addresses the issue of traditional fixed loading and unloading platforms being immobile. The platform's mobility allows for quick switching between different shelves and transport vehicles, providing high operational flexibility.

1. Equipped with an emergency descent rod on the machine, and manually control the descent when the platform is powered off;

2. The built-in overflow valve can prevent excessive system pressure during upward movement and provide overload protection function.

3. Manually adjust the height of the flipper: The height of the flipper can be manually adjusted according to the rear of the vehicle, allowing for flexible flipping time.

4. Equipped with 2 high-strength lifting chains, each with a tensile strength of up to 3 tons and a high safety factor

5. Welding process: 90% of the entire machine is welded by robots, ensuring seamless welding joints and eliminating the risk of cracking;

6. Distribution box 220V/380V:equipped with electric control for adjusting height, featuring two control modes: manual buttons and wireless remote control.
