The core function of this EMET-HBH Electric chain hoist with hook is to achieve fixed-point vertical lifting of light and medium-sized heavy objects, with a rated lifting capacity ranging from 0.5T~10T and a lifting height of 3m~10m. It is particularly suitable for fixed workstations that require repetitive work, such as moving engines in car repair workshops, loading and unloading metal components in mold factories, and other scenarios. Compared to electric hoisting winch, its advantages lie in high chain transmission efficiency (about 85% -90%), smooth operation, and the rigid connection between the hook and sprocket can avoid heavy object shaking.
Main Features
1. Shell: The shell is lightweight and sturdy, with high heat dissipation and a fully sealed design, making it suitable for use in environments with poor working conditions.
2. Reverse phase protection device: This special electrical device prevents the control circuit from functioning when the power supply wiring is incorrect.
3. Limit switch: There is a switch device for lifting heavy objects up and down, which automatically stops the motor to prevent the chain from overloading and ensuring smooth operation.
4. Low voltage handle switch: The handle low voltage control device operating at 24V/36V/48V can prevent accidents in the event of switch leakage during operation.
5 Braking device: The brake system adopts a disc type DC electromagnetic field brake, which provides high braking torque, smooth operation, fast response, and low noise levels.
6. Chain: The chain is made of 80-grade manganese steel, which makes it more resilient and durable. It has a stronger load-bearing capacity during operation, ensuring that goods will not fall.
