Structure features
1. Body shell: Made of high-quality aluminum material, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance and heat dissipation effect of the product.
2. Motor Overheat Protector: This heavey duty electric chain hoist is equipped with a built-in motor overheat protector, which can automatically detect and cut off the current when the motor overheats.
3. Safety clutch: Equipped with a safety clutch, EMET's clutch is a friction-resistant clutch developed independently to provide protection. The safety clutch is designed to prevent damage and ensure safety during operation.
4. Brake: The unique structure of the electromagnetic brake generates a powerful electric current, ensuring strong braking force to meet the requirements during use.
5. Chain guide: EMET has uniquely designed the chain guide structure to ensure smooth lifting and lowering of the load chain.
6. Gear: The low-noise helical gear design significantly reduces operational noise, ensuring a quieter and more pleasant working environment.
7. Button switch: The button switch used by EMET is equipped with waterproof function, is lightweight, and durable.
8. Hook: The hook used in this machine is hot forged, with excellent strength and is not easily broken. The lower hook can rotate 360 degrees and is equipped with a safety tongue to ensure safe operation.
9. Chain:The chain used in this machine is made of imported FEC80 super heat-treated alloy steel, making it safe and worry-free to use in harsh conditions such as rainwater, seawater, and chemicals.
10. Limit protection switch: equipped with a limit protection switch, used to automatically stop the motor and prevent the chain from exceeding the limit when lifting and lowering heavy objects.
