Heavy Duty Portable Winch

 

The EMET-K series Heavy Duty Portable Winch is a sublimation of the design based on the EMET-K1 electric winch, ensuring the original safety advantages of specialized equipment. It can be used alone for horizontal traction and also for lifting purposes.

This machine features a compact structure, light weight, small size, and easy operation, with a load capacity ranging from 2 to 20 tons. It serves as a valuable tool for enhancing working conditions, boosting labor productivity, and is a commonly utilized piece of equipment in shipbuilding enterprises.

 

 

1.The structure is comprised of seven main components: a reducer, drum device, hook device, coupling, flexible cable, electric motor, and electrical control system. It is user-friendly and easy to maintain, which helps to streamline product maintenance processes.

2. An electric motor with a large starting force and conical brake is used to accommodate frequent direct starting during intermittent operation of the product, providing a maximum torque of 2.4-3 times the rated torque.

3. The lifting speed can be adjusted between single speed and dual speed using the control button

4. Reducer: A standard modular helical gear three-stage reducer is utilized. The gears and gear shafts are forged and processed from 40Cr or 20CrMnTi steel, and have undergone heat treatment. They are all supported by rolling bearings, and the casing is made of cast iron with precise assembly.

5. Drum device: The drum is made of seamless steel pipe and connected to the reducer with splines. The other end is supported by a rolling bearing on the protruding part of the conical motor front end.

6. Hook: Made of steel die forging, the hook is designed in a single wheel type, while the pulley is crafted from cast iron or cast steel;

7. Coupling: The torque of the electric motor is transmitted to the reducer through a claw type elastic coupling, which can absorb load impact and achieve smooth starting.

8.Electronic control system: The control system mainly consists of a control box and an operation button box, which are equipped with functions such as emergency stop and reverse operation.
