Description
Currently, in the field of 3D laser cutting, the 3D laser fiber cutting machine faces significant challenges in cutting speed and accuracy due to its six-axis series connected, cantilever structure. This structure does not meet the accuracy and efficiency requirements of end customers in industries such as hot-formed steel and precision metal parts. As a result, there is a need for improved technology to better serve the needs of these customers.Therefore, we have developed a high-precision 5-anxis CNC Gantry Robot System.This machine utilizes a fiber laser with high energy conversion efficiency. It features an infinite rotation double pendulum cutting head and is assembled according to CNC machine tool standards. The machine structure ensures fast response and high cutting accuracy.

The high-precision 5-Axis CNC Gantry Robot System has no blind spots within its range of movement and is capable of performing full-width cutting. In comparison, the cutting range of a typical six-axis 3D laser cutting robot is limited due to the positioning constraints of each joint during cutting.The comparison table is as follows:

The workspace(core area) of the 3D 5-Axis CNC Gantry Robot System is determined by the laser processing unit it is equipped with, and the Z-axis is designed with rotation points for the B and C axes.

Remark: The core area is an unrestricted 3D workspace that is independent of the B and C axis positions.
