Free Standing Jib Crane

EMET this Free Standing Jib Crane consists of columns, cantilevers, electric hoists, and control systems, where the columns are made of steel structures with sufficient stability and load-bearing capacity. Cantilever is a crossbeam connected to a column, used to carry electric hoists and hooks. Electric hoists can be manual or electric, used for lifting and hanging materials. The control system is used to control the operation of the jib crane and the movement of the electric hoist, thereby achieving efficient and convenient material handling.

2. The jib crane adopts triangular support, with superior mechanical structure, light weight, and high safety level.
3. There are two wheels installed below the bracket, and the wheel tread is attached to the waist ring track, with a stable structure. One of them is the main wheel, which can be driven by a lightweight worm gear reduction motor to achieve electric rotation of the jib crane.
4. It can achieve free rotation of the cantilever, and due to the performance of the self-aligning roller bearing itself, even if there is a slight deviation in the concentricity between the waist ring and the column, it can ensure the safe and normal use of the cantilever crane.
5. Electric hoist can be controlled by a wireless controller.
