Electric Pulley Winch

This Electric Pulley Winch combines the advantages of micro electric hoists and winches, utilizing an electric pulley to horizontally move and vertically lift materials on I-beams. It is commonly used in various logistics companies and factories for material lifting tasks. The steel wire rope design allows for lifting materials up to 30 meters in height with a relatively fast lifting speed.

1. The casing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material and features surface anodizing treatment, providing an environmentally friendly, lightweight, and durable design with excellent heat dissipation characteristics

2. The horizontal arrangement of the chromium titanium alloy two-stage gear set reduces the overall height and improves safety. The first closed gear lubrication ensures low noise, low wear, and low transmission loss.

3. This machine is equipped with a high-efficiency YE3 motor technology-driven motor, providing an energy-saving, efficient, durable, and powerful core. It meets the requirements of continuous operation and saves more than 10% energy compared to similar products.

4. There are two types of six-wheel pulleys available: integrated and split type.

5. Wireless remote controller with 4 directions is optional.

The integrated electric pulley winch combines a miniature electric winch with a pulley system for linked operation through a single switch control. It has a compact structure and reduces the number of components. The split type is designed separately for electric driving and independent electric winch, and requires coordinated operation using either a control handle or a wireless remote control.

The integrated electric pulley winch reduces the risk of shaking and derailment during operation with its rigid connection structure. The lifting device utilizes a rigid pulley system design to prevent wire rope wear issues commonly associated with traditional hook structures.The split type electric pulley winch relies heavily on the stability of the track system and must be horizontally moved through an independent pulley, requiring a high level of track accuracy.

Warning: The single-phase hoist is equipped with a dedicated motor and should not be used to lift heavy objects in reverse. It is strictly prohibited to change the winding direction of the steel wire rope on the drum, as this may result in motor burnout.

01.Will there be significant noise when the electric winch and pulley are running?

The lifting winch and pulley power are both below 4KW, and noise reduction treatment has been adopted, both of which are normal and acceptable industrial noise.

02.Can wire rope length and drum of this electric pulley winch be customized?

The length of the steel wire rope can be customized from 5m~100m, the standard length of the drum is 180mm, and the extended version has 280mm/380mm, etc.

03.Can the height limiters be installed?

You can contact the EMET sales group to inform them of the required length of the connecting cable, and EMET can configure the upper and lower height limiters according to customer needs.
