The EMET-GH Electric Wire Rope Hoist 10Ton can be installed on fixed structures or run on suitable beams. All structural components carrying steel wire rope hoists should be designed with full consideration of the working environment and the weight of the hoist itself in accordance with the corresponding specifications. The design of the gourd is based on an indoor working environment without any corrosive media, with a working temperature range of -10 ℃ to+40 ℃. A higher working temperature will reduce the safe working life of the gourd. When the ambient temperature exceeds+80 ℃, the machine will not work. Prior permission from the manufacturer must be obtained for use in unconventional operating environments and conditions.

Compared with ordinary wire rope electric hoists, this EMET-GH Electric Wire Rope Hoist lacks the intermediate shaft component, making the body height smaller, thus increasing the lifting height of the electric hoist and reducing the amount of wire rope used. It has certain advantages in reducing the self weight of the electric hoist and making it suitable for various low rise manufacturers.

• Lifting motor: The standard motor is a dual speed motor with a disc brake, and there is also an optional variable frequency motor;
• Lifting gearbox: The output shaft of the gearbox adopts involute spline design to achieve optimal transmission efficiency.
• Small frame: The small frame of the double beam hoist consists of connecting beams and end beams, with fixed pulleys and overload limiters installed inside the connecting beams. The size of the trolley frame is determined by factors such as the load and lifting height of the electric hoist.
• Drum: Made of high-quality carbon steel, the surface is processed into right-handed or left-right rotating rope grooves according to the product model, and flange plates are welded at both ends of the drum. The drum is equipped with a rope guide. The wire rope guide can reliably press the wire rope on the drum, effectively preventing the rope from loosening.
• Lifting limit: A screw type cam limit switch is used and installed on the edge plate of the drum assembly. The screw cam limit switch operates accurately, reliably, and is easy to adjust.
• Overload limiter: When the load exceeds the rated load, it will prevent the lifting action, thereby providing safety protection.
• Operating motor: The motor is integrated with an electromagnetic disc brake. The motor is designed and manufactured according to VDE0530 standard, and it can withstand 1.5 times the rated current within 2 minutes without damaging the motor winding.
