Introduction
Working Principle
The main power of the hydraulic hoist winch is generated by high-pressure oil supplied by the hydraulic pump. This oil flows through a control valve assembly into the hydraulic motor, driving it to rotate and deliver efficient mechanical power.
Energy Conversion
The hydraulic pump transforms mechanical energy into hydraulic power, while the hydraulic motor converts this hydraulic power back into mechanical energy to efficiently drive the winch drum.
Control Method
The winch can operate in both directions by reversing the oil pump flow, and the drum speed can be precisely controlled by adjusting the pump's delivery volume.
Structural composition
1. Hydraulic motor: Five star motor provides power
2. Planetary reducer: 1st stage planetary gear, reducing speed and increasing torque
3. Drum assembly: wrapped with steel wire rope, with rope groove anti disorderly rope
4. Hydraulic brake: normally closed multi disc brake, pressure loss locking, safe and reliable
5. Clutch mechanism: manual fork type, free release of rope, closed with load traction
6. Hydraulic valve group: including balance valve and shuttle valve, preventing heavy objects from sliding down and ensuring smooth control
7. Auxiliary components: rope guide, rope press, installation base, high-pressure oil pipe

The hydraulic winch has a large starting torque, good low-speed stability, and is suitable for heavy loads (usually over 3 tons). It can work reliably in harsh environments (high temperature, humidity, dust, flammable and explosive), with overload protection and explosion-proof characteristics. The traction/lifting process is smooth, supports infinite speed regulation and free lowering (with clutch), and is not affected by instantaneous interruption (relying on hydraulic energy storage or engine drive).
